Elmill Ltd is an established UK based niche manufacturer of swaged and manipulated tube products for the oil and gas, defence, manufacturing and nuclear sectors.

We provide solutions using our design, engineering, tooling, fabricating and assembly skills and have the flexibility to build bespoke solutions to demanding requirements.

We have provided solutions for the oil and gas, defence, medical, aerospace, nuclear and heavy industrial markets over many years. We manufacture swaged tubes, aerospace components, hydrocyclones, metal furniture, medical tubes using our niche skills of tube swaging, end forming, and bending.

We provide ancillary services including custom designing of tube end forming solutions, tool making, welded assemblies, PMI testing and sales of new, bespoke and refurbished rotary swaging and tube end forming machinery.

Our expansion in the range of services we offer has been built on a solid platform of robust production processes conforming to ISO9001, a certification we have held continuously for over 20 years.

Our simple philosophy is to provide total customer satisfaction through high quality solutions to demanding customer requirements and delivered to agreed timescales.

Elmill was formed in 1985 by Bryan Elliott and David Milford, and was incorporated in 1996 as Elmill Ltd. The entrepreneurial leadership of the business has evolved our products and services to adapt to the changes in the UK manufacturing landscape.

Starting as an engineering business servicing the local industrial and manufacturing businesses in the South West, swaging skills were recruited into the business in 1995 to address an opportunity in the provision of traditional technology.

We have subsequently built on our expertise of the swaging engineering process and the inherent equipment and tooling.

Our growth has been achieved working in many sectors over the years. Over many years the products we have supplied to customers have ranged from mandrels to make heart stents to neutron scatter plug sleeves, furniture legs to butterfly net handles, aerospace oxygen pipework to walking frames, ink jet printer components to tricycle frames, and radio switchgear to tractor pick up hitches.

We have a culture of innovation and diversification based on a desire to adapt our skills to the evolution of industry and the ancillary requirements of customers for certification, identification, backed up with appropriate certifications.

We became The Elmill Group when we acquired KM Engineering in 2015, FGL Precision in 2018 and Adcutech Engineering in 2024. Each branch of the company has their own specialities. Among the group, we have a huge range of machinery.
